Home deliveries will be made from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. Please place your orders by 6:00 pm at least a day before delivery.

SHIPPING COST

Free delivery on all orders above SGD$60. Minimum order is SGD$35. A delivery fee of SGD$5 is charged for orders below SGD$60.

DELIVERY POLICY

We start home deliveries from 9 am to 5 pm.  Please allow flexibility as we will have to deliver accordingly to our planned routes and may not be able to accommodate specific requests for delivery timings.

However, delivery may be affected by several factors, including those outside of our control such as bad weather, equipment failure and adverse traffic conditions. While timely delivery is an important commitment, we place an equal importance on ensuring the safety of our delivery partner. We will make every effort to avoid a delay. Should a delay be unavoidable, we will alert our customers.

Oceanwaves delivers island-wide to all addresses in Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Pulau Ubin. For your convenience we will call you before delivery, so please be sure to provide us your mobile number.

We are committed to delivering your orders in good quality, taking utmost care in the packaging of live and frozen seafood to ensure they are kept cool and dry in a sealed, insulated box with ice packs all the way until it reaches you.We deliver via our own Oceanwaves Seafood Trucks.

oceanwavesseafood.com reserves the right to change the existing shipping policies and rates without prior notice. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

RECEIVING GOODS

Please have someone around to receive the goods during the delivery time slot and ensure that our delivery drivers have access to your unit. This is particularly for deliveries to private condominiums/apartments which require security clearance.

Should no one be available to receive the goods upon delivery, the goods will be left at the door of the stated address. Our cold water items are delivered with ice gel pack which can keep perishable items in its state for up to an hour. Please retrieve your order as soon as possible. We are not liable for missing items or products turning bad if the order is not retrieved in time.

If our driver is unable to enter the condominium premises or access your unit, our driver will call you and only wait for up to 5 minutes to avoid delay in other deliveries. Redelivery charges of $15 will apply if the order is undelivered under the above circumstances. Please note that we are not liable for any changes in quality of any perishable/frozen/chilled item for orders not delivered on first attempt. As such, complaints or feedback on said item will not be entertained.
